Al'ard Products

Al'Ard means the land. Ziad Anabtawi founded it to give Palestinian farmers somewhere to sell into, on the principle that empowering the farmer empowers the land itself.

They work from Beit Iba, just outside Nablus, pressing extra virgin olive oil and putting up what a household keeps on its shelf through the year: za'atar and dukkah, freekeh and maftoul, pickled olives and cucumbers, tahini, and Nabulsi olive oil soap from the city that gave it its name. Traditional farming, held to organic and fair trade practice.
