Shipping policy

Herfeh pieces are handmade by Palestinian artisans and shipped worldwide with our partner Aramex.

Preparation time Because each piece is made by hand, every order has a preparation period before it ships; around 4 business days shown on each product page. Some made-to-order pieces take a little longer, and that's noted on the product too. This preparation time is separate from the delivery time below.

Delivery time Once your order ships, delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Most international orders arrive within 6–14 business days after dispatch, and regional orders sooner. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way. (Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.)

Shipping costs Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and order weight, so you see the exact cost before you pay, no surprises at the last step. Orders over $99 ship free, everywhere we deliver.

Customs & duties Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. In some cases we're able to cover these for you, depending on the item and the country; otherwise any duties are the customer's responsibility and are collected by the courier on delivery. If you're unsure about your country, contact us before ordering and we'll help.

Lost or damaged in transit If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 14 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with your order number — and a photo, for damage. We'll open a claim with Aramex and replace or refund confirmed cases.

Address accuracy Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned, lost, or unclaimed because of an incorrect or incomplete address, any re-shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Delays Once your order is with Aramex, delivery is in the courier's hands. We aren't responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier operations; however we'll always help you track a delayed parcel.

Where we ship We currently ship to Jordan, the Gulf, the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, and parts of East Asia. If your country isn't shown at checkout, reach out and we'll do our best to arrange it.
