Red Beaded Floral Hand-Painted Hebron Ceramic 7-Section Serving Dish

$41.00
Handmade in Palestine
Description

A Hebron ceramic serving dish split into seven, its rim and dividers edged in red blooms built from clusters of single dots rather than drawn as outlines, which is why the red reads as texture rather than as a line. Made for the spread: nuts, olives, pickles, all the small things that should not touch.

It comes from Al-Salam Glass, also known as Natsheh, a Hebron workshop where every piece is painted freehand and made one at a time. No two carry the pattern in the same place.

Wash it by hand in warm water. No dishwasher and no microwave, and nothing abrasive. Sudden changes in temperature are what crack fired ceramic.

The story

Every Herfeh piece is made to belong. Al-Salam Glass works by hand in Palestine, and this piece carries their tradition to your home. No mass production, no synthetic imitation.
