Red & Green Floral Hand-Painted Hebron Ceramic Square Tray

A square Hebron ceramic tray with red and green florals running corner to corner on the diagonal, the longest line a square will give you and the only one that leaves no empty corners. Flat and squared off, so tea glasses and small dishes sit still on it.

It comes from Al-Salam Glass, also called Natsheh, a Hebron workshop where each piece is painted freehand, one at a time.

Wash it by hand in warm water with a soft cloth. No dishwasher, no microwave, nothing abrasive. Avoid sudden heat, and dry it before stacking so the glaze does not mark.
